What this quote means is that when you are doing things that are not wrong you are not going to be punished. For example when you are called to the office there is no reason to fear because you know you didn't do anything. When you do right things there are no consequences. In fact other people see you as a good person. And by people seeing that you are building a good name. That good name could take you anywhere you want. Success comes from that good name and that good name comes from doing what is right. Doing what is right helps you in you life and it does not get you in trouble. But if you do thing that are wrong you have to fear of what punishment is going to happen. This is why doing the right does not affect your life in a bad way. Doing the right affects you in a good way. And this good way is getting a good name. And that good name leads you to success.
