The duties of an orthodontist are fit dental appliances in patients’ mouth. Another duty is to prepare the diagnostic and treatment records. Study the diagnostic records of the patient, which is another duty. They have to instruct dental officers and technical assistants in orthodontic procedures and techniques

The education that an orthodontist has to have is 4 years of dental school. Another requirement is meaning that they have to study anatomy, physiology and microbiology. But there are more specific classes such as dental anatomy and occlusion, pediatric dentistry and dental materials. Lastly the students have to gain experience treating patients in clinics during the last 2 years of study.

I would not like to be an orthodontist because I could mess up someone’s teeth and I would like that. Also I don’t like to deal with dental things.
