This quote reminds me of one example that is when you start helping other that need help in any way and you keep helping other. The reason why we should keep going is because that is the right thing to do. the right thing to do is help the people who need it.There is another example to thing quote. That example is when you are making up excuses why you did or didn't do something. Meaning that you should stop making those excuses because they are lies. If a you say one lie another one comes. So do not say lies you have to stop. The courage of doing something good and keep doing it builds a character. And that character builds up a good future. In the other hand if you do bad things your future becomes destroyed. So this is why you have to have the courage to stop it.
